We went in on a whim-here in Bristol from the states. There was a large work party there so they were very busy. Charlie made our drinks very efficient always with a smile. Scarlett & Jason served our dinner & drinks & even though very hectic- took time to chat. Dinner was great- we plan on returning tomorrow
We went to check out the private hire space ahead of an event we are planning, are had a great time. Elly was friendly and made the place feel inviting from the start. Izzy showed us through the event side of things and was really helpful. Everyone loved the food and the service was something that stood out for us.

I had an incredible experience at the bottomless brunch today, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Bob. From the moment we sat down, Bob made us feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly stood out, ensuring that our glasses were never empty, and our plates were always full. The food was absolutely delicious — a perfect mix of savory and sweet options that catered to everyone in our group. But what made the experience even better was Bob’s warm and engaging service. He was quick with refills and had a great sense of humor, making us feel like we were enjoying the brunch with an old friend. Bob was also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, recommending a few dishes we hadn’t considered, all of which were outstanding. His timing was impeccable, and he always checked in just when we needed him, without ever being intrusive. Overall, this was one of the best brunches I’ve had, and Bob was a big reason why. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for a great time!
Had a lovely valentines meal here with the set menu! Services was fast and the food was delicious, with great portion sizes too!
A great Sunday roast! I have coeliac disease so eating out can be a challenge sometimes. However, not here. As soon as we walked in and explained I was coeliac the person that met us went straight into the kitchen to find out what I could/couldn't have. Then went our waitress took our order she explained that her brother had coeliac disease which was so reassuring and she also explained that the kitchen staff were cleaning everything down. Brilliant service, thank you! The food was lovely, would absolutely recommend
Our workplace Christmas Do was a roaring success here this year. We had a 1230hr sitting for 15 people in our own little area happily situated near the bar. The staff were excellent and attentive and we wanted for nothing. The menu was varied with something for everyone and the food did not disappoint. I highly recommend the salmon and chocolate orange torte....scrumptious! Despite it being lunchtime, there was a terrific crowd of other work done party goers and this contributed to a very merry atmosphere indeed. A big thank you to all the staff at Racks, see you next year.
Had the Short Ribs and Goat Cheese Salad. Oh my goodness - beyond incredible!! Absolutely scrumptious, tender, top quality. Service was fabulous too - Abby was our super lovely waitress. Then there was the cool atmosphere which we loved!! This is a MUST go to establishment. The best!!
